OmniVox

Privacy

OmniVox account, order, payment, and support data are stored separately for this brand.

What this site collects

Account information

When you register or sign in, OmniVox stores your email, display name, password hash, locale preference, and session records for this website.

Order information

Store orders may include product, quantity, currency, recipient, address, note, payment status, and timestamps.

Payment information

Payment provider configuration is kept under OMNIVOX_* variables. The site stores provider references and payment status, not raw card numbers.

Support information

Support context may include product selection, room planning notes, enterprise purchase needs, and service communication.

Brand data boundary

OmniVox uses OmniVox-specific cookies, local storage keys, database file names, order records, and payment settings so this site can operate independently.

  • Session cookie: omnivox_session.
  • Admin session cookie: omnivox_admin_session.
  • Locale and region keys: omnivox-locale and omnivox-region-locale.

How OmniVox handles records

Retention and security

Order, account, and support records are retained only for the operational, legal, service, and audit needs of the OmniVox site. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and session cookies are scoped to this brand.

Payment providers

When live card or PayPal payment is configured, OmniVox may send the minimum order and payment context needed by the payment provider to authorize or capture a transaction.

Contact and enterprise requests

For enterprise procurement, privacy review, or deletion requests, include the account email, order reference, company name, and target region so OmniVox can locate the correct standalone record.

Access, correction, and deletion

Use the account center for ordinary order review and profile updates. For deletion, export, or enterprise privacy requests, contact OmniVox sales/support with the account email and order reference.
